This design meets all fundamental requirements: It accommodates wooden bars, can hold spools weighing over 1 kilogram, fits between spools, and can be positioned anywhere on the bars without limiting printer options. In addition to these criteria, I've optimized for: - Customizability: Edit the shape of the brace to fit any location you desire; no need to reprint the entire guide, just the brace! - Print quality: Frictionless rolling is achieved by incorporating bearings, eliminating the need for extruder stepper motor pulling. - Economic design: Holes have been added in the guide to reduce material use and shorten print time without compromising strength. Since the guide has the longest printing time, I've separated it from the brace. Simply print multiple braces and move them to desired spots. - Ease of use: Place the guide in the bracket, hang the spool on the guide, and you're ready to go. If another guide is adjacent to the one you want to use, don't worry about moving it; you can place a spool on top of two guides. - Ease of printing: All objects are oriented for minimal support requirements, least friction when using the holder, and still produce strong parts! This brace is designed to fit around 3/4"x1.5". I'll add braces for other 3D printers over time; check updates below to see if your printer is supported. Isn't it supported? Ask me!
