This design meets all essential requirements: - Fits almost every object with a flat top surface and printer frame when customized. - Can easily hold 1+ kg spools without any issues. - Fits between other spools if necessary. In addition to these criteria, I've optimized for: - Print quality: Friction-less rolling is achieved by adding bearings, eliminating the need for extruder stepper motor pulling. - Economic design: Holes are added in the guide to reduce material use and shorten print time without compromising strength. Since the guide has the longest printing time, I separated it from the brace. You can simply print multiple braces and place them at different spots. - Ease of use: Place the guide in the bracket, hang the spool on the guide, and you're ready to go. If there's another guide next to the one you want to use, don't worry - you can place the spool on top of two guides. - Ease of printing: All objects are oriented for minimal support requirements, low friction when using the holder, and strong parts. This brace is designed to fit around a 3/4"x 1.5" frame. I will add braces for other 3D printers over time.
