This is a specialized block that redirects fillament flow, rotating -90 degrees, and securely attaches to standard 40mm aluminum extrusions. Designed in conjunction with an accompanying spool holder, it allows effortless transitions between multiple rolls of filament without the need for extensive setup or disassembly. The spool holder is conveniently included in the provided files. This block seamlessly accommodates 4mm bowden teflon tubing, enhancing the smooth flow of filament through the system. For optimal results, print this piece without supports, as they can be notoriously difficult to remove from the delicate filament channel afterwards. Secure installation requires 5mm button head screws and extrusion wedge clamps for a snug fit.
