File Handle (thickness 4mm and 3mm)
thingiverse
I have manufactured a file handle in ABS without support structures, utilizing a 0.3mm layer height and an infill percentage of 50%, alongside a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm. Key Components: 1- A single M3X10 bolt and nut are employed to secure the file (rasp) firmly into place. 2- Alternatively, an M4X50 metric bolt can be utilized in a similar manner after its top portion has been removed by cutting. This exposed section serves as the rasp itself when attached to the rasp handle via this modified bolt. 3- Additionally, another metric bolt option exists: An M3X30 metric bolt's top portion is removable by cutting and subsequently integrates with the rasp handle much like its larger counterpart above.
With this file you will be able to print File Handle (thickness 4mm and 3mm) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on File Handle (thickness 4mm and 3mm).
