File Folder Labels
thingiverse
My filing cabinet was due for its annual cleaning, necessitating new labels; however, I chose a more challenging route by creating custom ones. The end result was quite satisfactory. All STL files have been verified through Netfabb's cloud service. Print the tabs with a thickness of .6mm minus the text, allowing for slicing at .2 or .3 layers. This will make the tabs 3 or 2 layers thick based on your preference. Pause and change filament when the print begins the word to achieve a two-color design. Although dual extrusion would simplify this process, I lack that option. Lastly, install the customized tabs into their respective folders by editing the part file's sketch as needed.
With this file you will be able to print File Folder Labels with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on File Folder Labels.
