Experiencing difficulties with the initial drive gear design, I found that the square nut screw didn't fit, causing plastic breakage possibly due to printing issues. Additionally, the part was insufficient for my modified construction. You can find the complete design on my blog at sturm.selfhost.eu. My adaptation is based on the original filastruder.com design and includes a cone with screw fixing. For optimal print quality, use ABS filament with 80% fill and 0.35mm layer height, ensuring a slow printing speed.
