The first version of this project has been posted at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:612974. A removable spool, a new and exciting feature! All original screws can be reused, making it an eco-friendly solution. More filament can now be stored on the spool, increasing productivity. A better tension loop design is also included, providing a more secure hold. To prevent the spool from popping out, I recommend reversing the motor direction to wind downward, applying tension in that direction. This will ensure a smooth and safe printing experience.
