The initial post of this modification could be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160545/#comments. However, I chose not to use support material during printing. The revised design features a peaked top instead of the previous flat one. After printing, it functions properly. In Blender, I made alterations to the original STL file to create this new version.
