This tiny gadget fits snugly into the gap beneath the nozzle. Its main function is to enable the filament to slide effortlessly downwards, without encountering any resistance, thereby preventing it from getting stuck in the corners of the laser-cut wood plate. After printing this accessory, you'll need to take a small section (5mm long) of 3mm PTFE tube and carefully cut it lengthwise. Then, apply silicone glue to join the two ends together. This is an excellent solution for anyone who doesn't want or can't attach the Filastruder to a wall, but still requires a smooth vertical filament descent.
