The problem is, many options out there are nothing short of useless, either producing false alarms or failing to get the filament through at all. To solve this issue, I recommend mounting the printer cabinet outside with a V-Weel mechanism featuring M5 threads. For standard wheels, use those with M4 threads and an accompanying nut. Additionally, ensure that PTFE is used inside the stop for optimal performance. In terms of printing settings, try using layer heights between 0.08mm and 0.2mm, and opt for a 15% infill percentage when choosing Gyroid infill as your preferred option.
