Fila-Ra175 Recycling Development Project. Everyone is warmly invited to participate in developing a device for recycling thermoplastic plastics using simple and cost-effective 3D printed parts. The attached sketch provides only a schematic overview of the idea. Here's the start of a parts list: 1x Arduino Uno (or compatible) 3x Nema 17 (maybe just 2x and one mini-servo) A few micro-switches (developer board - bump sensor or similar) 1x Gabel light barrier (with cut-out disc 3D print) Up to now, the cost of parts per source is around €30-50. 1x Heating element for extrusion (still unclear) ----The idea was to take the core of a hot glue gun, but unfortunately, it wasn't successful as the temperature didn't even reach PLA. 1x Spindle for extrusion (still unclear, maybe a wooden drill or a ball bearing spindle) ----DIN 7965 - screws on a threaded rod would also be a possibility. !!The plan is to come up with affordable parts and manufacturing methods for almost everyone!! My strengths: - Years of experience with 2D CAD - Increasing experience with 3D CAD for nearly two years - Basic knowledge of electronics My weaknesses: -I cannot program (maybe only changing times, rotation angle or steps in a finished program) https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/german-makers/forums/general/topic:35770
