This is the first upload for my kickstarter project, the Filament winder. Designed to work seamlessly with both hand cranks and stepper motors, this innovative device is about to revolutionize 3D printing. As you watch the video (currently being processed and uploaded), you'll see how these gears come together in perfect harmony. I'm using Pronterface, coupled with the extruder motor's 4-pin connection on my Arduino 2650 board, to bring this project to life. The next hurdle I need to overcome is integrating the Filament winder with an external power supply – a challenge I'm eager to tackle head-on! But that's not all – I've also got a solar-powered motor ready for experimentation, which will undoubtedly open up new possibilities for sustainable 3D printing.
