Filament Width Sensor with Arduino Pro Micro and TSL1401CL

WARNING: THIS PROJECT IS NOW OBSOLETE.\n======================================\nVisit https://thingiverse.com/thing/704897 for the most current rendition.\nI've reworked flipper's pioneering filament width sensor design to run on an Arduino board, which is a far more well-known platform for many makers.\nThis upgraded sensor module maintains equal sub-pixel accuracy as was achieved with the original flipper design.\nCalibration through USB communication (using Atmega32u4) replaces the physical calibration button,\nas well as allowing for real-time reading value monitoring and in-situ adjustments.\nThe setup also allows for firmware updates even after initial deployment.\nDue to my limited soldering capabilities (no access to a reflow oven), I chose an off-the-shelf Arduino Pro Micro board from Sparkfun Electronics. (An equally capable alternative can be found on eBay, where it sells at a surprisingly low cost.)
