I'm currently exploring options for filament width sensors, and it appears that the only solution available is designed specifically for 1.75mm filaments. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began experimenting with a custom setup. This project utilizes an Arduino Mini and an analog Hall effect sensor, which allows me to detect filament widths up to 7mm. As this is still a work in progress, I'll be sure to provide updates once the development is complete.
