Filament welder, I changed a few sizes to suit, like the bore through the inner rings to 5mm to suit the ballpoint pen spring I had handy and resized the bore size on both sides where the PFTE tube fits into the outer ring, I printed with 40% infill and 3 perimeters walls, Its the best design that I have tried yet and works just like in the video shown on the source page, with heating I found I had to heat mine for a bit longer just depends on what you are using, this is a Remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5505014
