Wall Mount for Filament Spools - A Convenient Storage Solution This wall mount is designed to hold three filament spools, providing a convenient storage space for your printing supplies. I tested this design with 7.5 pounds of weight placed at the end and found it to be more than capable of holding its own. The mount can likely handle even heavier loads and could benefit from further optimization. Inspired by Blazejudo's "Filament Wall Mount v1.3," my version is about half an inch longer, making it easier to print due to the consistent dimensions of the arm and base plate. I incorporated new techniques into this design after experiencing issues with a weak print of the original version failing after just a few months. While I have not yet printed v2 due to the holiday season taking up all my available printing time, I am confident that it will prove to be a strong and reliable solution for storing filament spools. If you want to add an extra layer of security, consider inserting a screw and washer from the wall side before mounting it in place.
