Filament Twin-Pulley Guide for Creality + Gear Extruder
thingiverse
I changed the extruder on my Creality to a twin-gear type, and my [old filament guide](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4860643) didn't fit any more. Here's the new one. The extruder appears to be a Bondtech clone, and the entry hole is 19 mm above the Z-backet. The guide attaches to the Z-bracket using the same screws as fasten the Z-Nut (on my printer these had sufficient spare length). The twin pulley arrangement allows the filament reel to be located either above or below the printer. the nozzle keeps the filament clear of the leadscrew. When installing, take care to align the nozzle accurately. Although the CR20 is very similar to the more common Ender-3 (and possibly other Creality models), I've not tried it with them. It's possible that the pressed steel bracket can vary somewhat from machine to machine. Although I gave some leeway in the design I can't guarantee it will fit. But it's not a large item to print and try. You need: 2 x U604 Pulley Bearings 2 x M4 x 12 Screws 2 x M4 Nuts
