This revision resolves an issue with the purchased mounts for the switches. The purchased mounts are of poor design and construction. I utilized standard microswitches (6 for $7 at Amazon). Crucially, it guides the filament through the switch effortlessly, even with flexible filaments like TPU & PVA, which load easily. Important modifications: 1. Utilizes standard switches. You must reform the lever to match the template PDF print. Print it full scale. Place your switch on the template and make 2 bends. 2. Adjusted hole sizes for better screw self-tapping. 3. Added chamfers to holes for smoother screw starting. 4. Modified clearance for print head cables to secure them properly. 5. Added a counterbore to fit Bibo2 guide tube fittings. An inventor's drawing is included to modify the design to suit your needs or printer.
