I upgraded my Prusa MK3 R3 extruder design with a new Z axis and needed to fine-tune it for all my filaments quickly without wasting time or materials on 20mm calibration cubes, which I still love using. So, I created filament swatches with labels that can be clipped onto the Prusa MK3 frame to track my filament inventory easily. Each swatch has a hole for attaching them to a loop if desired. Each type of filament swatch is designed with a different height (excluding clip legs, which are 5mm tall) so they're easy to identify at a glance when attached to the printer's frame. All swatches are 2mm thick. PP filaments stand out at 18mm PLA filaments measure 20mm PETG filaments reach 22mm ABS filaments top out at 24mm HIPS filaments stretch to 26mm FLEX filaments extend up to 28mm If you want to double-check your calibration, a dimension drawing is included on a 2:1 scale. Just remember that the height (excluding the bottom clip part) varies for each swatch.
