Supports act as spacers, filling gaps between plastic and the spool for even tension and smooth dispensing. Two different spool sizes necessitate two distinct support sizes. I will print eight of these supports for each spool type: one for a 1-pound, 11.5" bundle and another for a 5-pound, 6" bundle. Insert the supports between plastic and the inner spool diameter. Note that the 5x6x5 support file should be renamed to 3.5x6x5supportX2.stl to accurately reflect its dimensions. Confusingly, the original upload altered these measurements; ensure correct file labels for future reference. An update revealed that the 3-5x6x5.stl print resulted in excessive height; revise accordingly with a support file for heights up to 2.5" and print two copies together.
