This is a highly adaptable filament straightener for when you have tightly wound filament spools that are severely bent. It should help to straighten out 3D printer filament spools that are severely twisted. This part can be customized to fit different bearings and fasteners that you may already have on hand. Be sure to accurately measure the bearings and fasteners that you intend to use. Bill of Materials * 3x 5/16-18 1.5" Screws (~7.9mm) * 3x 5/16-18 Nuts * 3x 608 bearings (OD22mmxID8mmxT7mm) * 3x 5/16" washers Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: MakerFarm i3V 10 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm or less Infill: 20-25% Notes: You will need to print with supports, otherwise the screw heads may not sit flush with the bottom of the filament guide body.
