Filament Storagebox Clamp

Filament Storagebox Clamp

Found this box in the local DIY Hardware store, but there were no sealed boxes, so I took these aftermarket window seals and added them inside the lid. The box already has brackets to fix the lid, but with the window seal it needed more support, so I created additional brackets myself. It's probably not 100% sealed, but I can hear air squeaking out when pressing the lid down tight. At least ten spools can fit in there, probably more when placed properly inside. Update 2019: After a year of using this customized storage box, there is still no crackling while printing with the older filaments stored in this box, so it worked well and didn't get hydrated too much. Then I got a new storage box and needed couple more clamps, so I decided to recreate it in FreeCAD, that's the last STL file added. It has rounded corners and chamfers all around, no post processing needed at all. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/i6GIy0Tb4lv
