Filament Spooler using ERECTOR pipe system
thingiverse
This is a straightforward filament spooler. It comprises multiple tubes. Thick tubes are crafted from the "ERECTOR" pipe system, which is extremely well-liked in Japan. Two slender tubes have diameters of 9.5 millimeters and are fashioned from stainless steel. A connection component, highlighted by the white section in the photograph, has also been created. The fasteners used to secure this component include two bolts with 3-millimeter diameters and lengths of 20 millimeters, as well as two nuts with the same diameter. The rationale behind including these two stainless tubes is that "ERECTOR" pipes are coated with resin, resulting in substantial friction resistance. To further minimize this friction resistance, two additional pipes were employed, achieving considerable effectiveness. This design would be particularly useful for filament reels with internal diameters of 55 millimeters or greater.
