This adapter enables compatibility with an additional MakerBot Filament Spool Holder by charlespax (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7105). The base height and tube dimensions are adjustable in the OpenSCAD script to ensure a perfect fit. I slightly increased the base height for added versatility, but extra space is available if you use Spool Housings (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8762).
