I operate a RepRap Huxley at my workplace, but due to limited office space, I took matters into my own hands by designing and producing special rollers capable of securely holding a standard 1 kg filament spool in place. These custom-made rollers are designed specifically for use with 624 bearings plus additional washers to prevent any movement or damage.
