You need 2 608 bearings (8x22x7) I used a 10mm rod, grinded the ends down to 8mm. Be a lot easier to quickly design a plastic insert and glue it in on both sides of the roller but that aint my job anymore lmao. You dont need any supports for this. To exchange rolls you just flex the sides a bit to get the spacers out of the way and pull it out. You will need double sided tape or grippy pads as the extruder will pull the roller.
