Filament Spool Roller

This is a Filament Spool Roller. I aimed for simplicity in appearance, thinking that the roller shaft should support the entire structure. In this design, many components like bolts and bearings are required, but the finished product is incredibly strong and stable. [Specifications] The maximum width of filament spool that can be accommodated is 98mm, which means the distance between two plates. The distance between two roller axis is 110mm, while the height is 42mm. [Parts] Here are the parts to be printed: * Roller x2 * Shaft x2 * Plate x2 * Bolt/nut knob x4 (as you prefer) * Knob cap x4 (as you prefer) The necessary parts other than 3D printed components include: * M8 bolts, 120mm long x2 * M8 nuts x2 * M8 washers x8 * Bearing 608(id:8mm,od:22mm,w:7mm) x4 Note: I used stainless steel open type bearings. https://youtu.be/m6g0qGYp1lc [Change History] 2020/11/06 Each part's dimensions were fine-tuned. 2020/10/23 I discovered a mistake. The file "roller80.stl" was incorrect, so I replaced it with the correct one. 2020/06/07 Three files were added: * "plate_tab.stl" is an alternative to "plate.stl", featuring additional tabs for sticking rubber feet. * "roller80.stl" and "shaft80" are alternatives to "roller100.stl" and "shaft100.stl", with a width of 80 mm. The exact distance between the plates is 78 mm.
