P3steel style spool roller by Toolson looks really cool. However, the bearings I have are 608ZZ and I don't want to use metal parts unless it's absolutely necessary. So, I remixed it. The short width frame is a key modification. I swapped out the 628ZZ:8mm bearings for 608ZZ:7mm ones. I also made sure to avoid using any metal screws or nuts. To make up for it, I added a 4.7mm shaft to the washer. If you have 628 bearings and just don't want to use metal parts, try printing Toolson's original frame along with my remixed washer. If the shaft doesn't fit well, heat it up and pinch it with some pliers. I'd be really happy if you could post some pictures of your project! Printer Settings: Brand: Up!
