I'm no expert in design, but I whipped up these little inserts to keep my filament in place on the spool holder. I'm using it with a 2.2kg Hatchbox filament spool, which should work just as well for any spool with a 2.25" opening and a 1" shaft. You'll need to apply some force to get them seated properly so they stay put. Print Settings: Printer: M3D Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: Low Infill: Low
