Filament Spool Holder - Wall Mounted

Traditional spool holders require a flat surface for placement or must be attached directly to the printer, which can be a challenge due to weight issues. To avoid cluttering my desk and prevent excessive attachment to the printer, I created a simple filament holder that uses significantly less material than others on the market, making it more budget-friendly. This design requires only a wall for secure attachment, ideal for those with multiple walls available but limited space on their desk or 3D printer. Typically, assembling this device poses no problems due to its thoughtful design, which allows for easy fitting into place. However, if your printer is particularly precise, you might need to add an additional band around the locking mechanism to ensure a snug fit, thus preventing any potential issues with securing the filament in place.
