What You Need: * 2x Bearing (inner diameter 12mm, outer diameter 28mm, 8-10mm thick) * 4x M3 Screw (15mm-30mm) Stand: * Print in two parts to avoid bridging * Requires no supports for printing Parts List: * 2x Achse * 2x Kopplung (TPU) * 2x Rolle * 1x Tool (optional) Design Notes: * Designed a filament spool holder due to high friction on the standard one. * No support is required during printing, but parts may need to be oriented in your slicer software. * Tolerances are approximately 0.1mm. * Material: PLA/PETG/ABS; however, ensure that the Kopplung is made of TPU. Assembly Instructions: * Place the Kopplung centered on the axis (within +/-1mm). * Press fit the bearing onto the Kopplung. * Press fit the axis with the bearing into the Rolle, paying close attention to orientation. * Screw both ends of the axis into the Stand for a smooth-running assembly.
