Filament Spool Holder ==================== A straightforward filament spool holder that can be printed in one piece on most 3D printers. Note --------------------- The original version could be printed with 10% infill; I'm uncertain if this remix will work with 10% infill. This new remix was created using Sketchup, and only the size (width/height) remains the same. New in This Remix: --------------------- * The base is made wider for added stability. * The back is also widened for increased stability. * A hole/gap is incorporated in the middle of the holder to minimize volume (reducing printing cost from 0.18 cm3 without the gap to 0.17 cm3 with it). * It is now "water/air tight" to make it suitable for print houses that need to calculate costs without having to repair holes/gaps in the STL. * The stop part, designed to prevent the spool from falling off, has been modified to a full polygon instead of half-polygon (a personal preference). * Numerous unnecessary lines were removed to create a cleaner appearance in Sketchup.
