Filament Spool Holder, Prusa Mini Upgrade

<p>With my Prusa Mini followed a simple filament spool holder that needed adjustment when using a spool with different width.</p><p>My solution is a new simple and compact small spool holder, easy to bring with you and not needing adjustments for different spool widths.</p><p>The spool holder can be used with most 3D printers, so it is not limited to the Prusa Mini.</p><p>All you need to make it is:</p><ul><li>4x 608 bearings (<strong>reuse</strong> them from the Mini filament holder)</li><li>2x tubes length: 110mm, OD: 8mm and ID: 6mm (optional ID 7mm)</li><li><strong>Optional</strong>: TPU filament if you want feed on the holder.</li></ul><h4><strong>Updates:</strong></h4><p><strong>2021.05.01:</strong> Added plug for thin tubes with 7mm ID.</p><p><strong>2021.04.13:</strong> Added model for Screw-Mounting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h5><i><strong>&gt;&gt; If you like it, please leave a like, a make or a rating… :) Thank you</strong></i></h5><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Use 3mf files to see printer setup.</p><p>Prints without support and Elephant-foot compensation and has a warping reducing design. Two perimeters, 2-3 top and 3-4 bottom layers and infill from 10-15%.</p><p>Shown frame is printed in Devil Design PETG (black) and feet is printed in Devil Design TPU (white).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Assembly</h4><p>Follow the pictures to see assembly.</p><p>You may need to sand the ends of the tubes to fit in the bearings - I had too ;-)</p>
