This does not need any bearings. It reduces friction and the filament roll rotates more freely. The inner tube will have a tight fit with the spool holder. The outer tube goes on the inner tube with snap fit and stays there to rotate around it. Its important to remove any imperfections in the print so that it can rotate freely. A little bit of WD40 or other lubricant would help.
