
Filament Spool Holder for Ender3/Pro/Neptune2/Others

<p>Filament Spool Holder System that uses 608ZZ bearings.</p><p>This was inspired by the excellent work done by HugoHuge <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3020026">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3020026</a>. The following is a list of "Bolts" currently available:</p><ul><li>Bolt-Neptune2 - ELEGOO Neptune 2</li><li>Bolt-Creality - should fit Ender3, Ender3Pro, ...</li><li>Bolt-2020 - generic mount that clamps into the overhead frame</li></ul><p>Bolt-Tron XY2 XY3 Next print your Nut or Knob to go with your Bolt (hint: they all match).</p><p>Choose the style of Spindle (and the corresponding frame) that you want: </p><p>Straight -- provides a very simple and very short frame;</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:44.16%;"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/84206/rich_content/a767303d-46b0-462c-b5de-a6fe1b681df9/fh2-75_exploded_v3.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2293527913-d889-4250-b88d-8ae7e0620f78%22%2C%22w%22%3A628%2C%22h%22%3A472%7D"/></figure><p>Ridge -- spindle that has containing ridges on either end</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:42.26%;"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/84206/rich_content/24e04492-2406-4216-a9c3-1d7bccac98ab/fh3_exploded_v5.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22018ecb3d-c7b9-47d3-b672-d436c2ddab28%22%2C%22w%22%3A628%2C%22h%22%3A472%7D"/></figure><p>Choose which length for the Frames/Spindle that you want to use. I have found that all of my spools do very well with the 75mm frame/spindle.</p><h4>Assembly</h4><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:47.96%;"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/84206/rich_content/8e6203cc-8fc3-4148-b54e-0d4749130c8a/fh3_picture_parts.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%228c937e8e-93b8-47ee-9b48-bb8d408f5709%22%2C%22w%22%3A628%2C%22h%22%3A472%7D"/></figure><p>Insert one 608ZZ bearing into each end of the Spindle. It will be a firm fit, but make sure that they are well nested. Take care to assure orientation of the bolt and frame are correct. You will notice on some of the bolts the end with the thread has an imprinted letter. If you could print out the corresponding "Bolt" for your Creality printer and let me know about the fitment, I will be thankful.
