A spool holder designed specifically for 2020 aluminum extrusion material. It accommodates spools with an inner diameter of about 55mm and a maximum width of up to 70mm. To enhance its structural integrity, we recommend inserting a piece of 5mm carbon fiber rod or M5 steel threaded rod into the hole on the bottom surface using epoxy adhesive. Printing Settings: Rafts: Irrelevant Supports: Doesn't matter Infill Percentage: Approximately 30% Important Note: The added reinforcement may not be required if your filament provides sufficient support, depending on its specific properties.
