This design relies on two 15267-2RS Ball Bearings, Double Shielded Miniature Deep Groove Ball Bearings measuring 15x26x7 mm (sourced from Amazon), which are carefully inserted into each outer end of the outer sleeve. My G-code for the spool's inner support spindle prints solid at the attachment point where the support shaft meets the mounting base, ensuring a robust hold. The screw securing the end cap is precisely 4x16mm in size. Inner and Outer spool components may require adjustment to accommodate your machine's printing capabilities, guaranteeing a proper fit for the bearing ID and OD.
