Filament Spool Holder Anet A8
thingiverse
I designed a support for the filament spools that can be firmly attached to the Anet A8 frame using a latch at the base of the arms, which must be screwed in. In addition, I wanted to make my own version of the spool blocks where the 608 (normal or 2RS as you prefer) ball bearings are inserted for alignment with the threaded bar. Note: This support requires the spool block design, otherwise the spool will hit against the frame, so both pieces must be printed. If not this particular piece made by me, you can print any other part that uses 608 ball bearings, since the threaded bar is M8 (I used a 150mm long one from the Anet A8 box). This design is compatible with Anet A8 printers that have installed Leo_N's upgrade: "Anet A8 Brackets to Reduce X-Axis Motion". You can find it here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1872162. Even if you haven't installed Leo_N's piece, which I recommend printing as it is excellent, it should still work fine; in any case, you just need to print custom spacers to fill the missing space gaps.
