Filament-Spool-Holder

Hello Guys, at first, I want to apologize for my English and please disregard the green Filament-Guide; I know it's unsightly! I designed a new Filament Spool-Holder that sits atop any steel rod with dimensions of 20mmx20mm. After printing, I noticed that this spool-holder fits perfectly without any screws in place, although there are holes for four M3x16mm screws on each side. You'll also need to print M3 T-Nuts. what you need: two deep groove ball bearings with a diameter of 22mm two M8 Washers one M8x100mm threaded rod or 110mm if desired one Superglue How to mount: Press the two bearings into the two holes from the spoolholder. Make sure that the open side from the bearings (when they have one) are facing outside, so you can oil them periodically. Next, apply a little glue to a washer and stick the threaded rod through both bearings. Place the bearing with the threaded rod on the washer with the glued side first. The threaded rod will center the washer with the bearings. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and repeat the process for the other side. This is done simply to protect the bearings from getting stuck.
