Filament Spool Gauge I was fed up with making wild guesses about how much filament remained on a spool that didn't have a gauge built into its side. I designed this gauge so that I could at least make a better guess than "Not Empty" or "Almost Full". To Use... Simply place this gauge on top of the remaining filament against the inside spool wall and read the percentage or actual footage remaining directly through the center window. (See Photo) No moving parts, and all the math is done for you. It was designed specifically for Hatchbox 1 Kg Spools but will work with any spool that has a 200mm outside diameter and an 80mm diameter core, which is pretty much the standard size in the industry.
