Please note this project hasn't been fully tested yet, which might not be ideal for anyone attempting to make it work right now. Remixed from two online resources - thingiverse.com/thing:539356 and thingiverse.com/thing:1136895 - hopefully, I'll transform these into a parametric design eventually. In the meantime, planning to modify them with a series of small notches to help improve their overall stability on my work surface. When printing, you might want to use a small screw or some wire to anchor all four forks from within, thereby holding everything securely in place. Two separate pieces that seem like they'll complement each other rather nicely - dimensions for the reference model come in at 90x80mm. Parts are slightly bigger. So buyer beware, keep an eye out. Only some minor changes were applied to get this done (might like those sources better).
