I designed this flange to keep my filament spools from moving sideways on the spool holders I printed for my i3mk3 MMU2. They're a bit bigger in diameter than the spool holder cylinder, allowing space for tape and any printing problems that may arise, so I used duct tape to adjust the friction fit and prevent them from shifting easily.
