Filament Spool Drill Winder

This is a remix of Skrycchio's "Filament spool winder with a drill". Being in the US, I don't have metric hardware on hand, so I copied this design but made the hole fit a 1/4" bolt and removed the printed threads because I figured a press fit was good enough. I also eliminated the need for supports by making the cone solid (if printing supports, that filament might as well go to the actual print). Otherwise this is pretty much the same as that one.
