Filament Spool Clip for 3DJAKE 1kg spools
thingiverse
I began experimenting with 3D printing and quickly discovered that the filament "tails" would become tangled, necessitating a cut to free them from the spool holder's holes. Unfortunately, I found existing maker designs for filament clips incompatible with my preferred brand from 3DJAKE. To overcome this challenge, I created my own design:\r\n\r\nMy settings were as follows:\r\n\r\nFilament - PLA (varies by manufacturer)\r\nPrint temperature - 190 to 200 degrees Celsius\r\nPrint bed temperature - Initial layer at 60 degrees Celsius, with a reduction to 50 degrees Celsius for the remainder of the print\r\nResolution - 0.16 millimeters\r\nInfill density - 50%
