Human successfully crafted a ball bearing from 6mm AirSoft BB's. This innovative design involves nesting two races within each other and feeding 20-22 BB's into the inner bearing through its opening. A small arrow-shaped cover can be snapped or glued onto place, filling the void in the filler channel. The assembly is then slid over a 2020 tube with the spool positioned between them. My FolgerTech came equipped with a 2020 extrusion mounted to a 90° fastener, securely holding the spools in place. The heavy spools now spin effortlessly without any resistance. It's recommended to mount the assembly with arrows pointing downwards to prevent any tolerance issues that may arise. This ensures that the BB's will not come into contact with the cover. In my particular case, I don't believe additional support is necessary to hold the spool in place. However, if issues do occur, upgrading with a lip inside the bearing might be considered for future reference. The printing process was completed without any supports required.
