This adapter is usable from 50 to 70 mm spools, 14mm height, 1 bearing. [Recommended] It also supports up to two standard 608 bearings (22 x 7mm). You can use only one on the outside, I prefer using two per side and adapter. You need two of these for both sides of the spool! You may require a press or vice to press the bearings in. Glue is not needed; nothing else is required either. Update 2018-01-28: New versions added
