Filament Spinner for Dehydrator

This is a remix of Debren27's Filament Spinner for dehydrator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3661551). Reason for this remix is first of all my dehydrator has slightly different dimensions. Second the original design only sits on top of the dehydrator or shelf, but I redesigned it so that the spool spinner has a circular groove underneath to fit on top of the circle on the shelf itself making it a lot more stable (the groove is for the 65mm ring on the shelf, give or take, with some room for error). Lastly, I've also made a taller spool spinner for when you want to use two spools.
