I created this model because after trying one from the trade, I found the idea good but almost impossible to make a correct weld. I printed it in PLA carbon but after testing simple PLA is suitable. You have to clean the PTFE well with sandpaper before gluing it with contact glue and it holds well enough, I took some polystyrene contact glue because I only had that on hand but I think another one will do the job. I've noticed that it's better to cut the filaments at an angle, the weld holds better. The "Storm" lighter works better than normal. Sand the solder so that it does not block and passes well through the printer. I modified the original filament solder x 2 .stl file which had a tendency to melt if the lighter was left too much with FINAL WELDER .stl which no longer has edges .
