Filament Sensor (Updated)

I remixed this from Mine2209: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4281382 I modified it for my Tronxy printer filament connection with some small changes and shifted the senor location slightly as well as extended the top to allow a more snug fit of the tubing. I put all the wiring inside using a 3mm LED blue LED rated for 3.3 volts. With the key pointed upward, like in my picture the soildering points that match the micro switch connection labels is below: C (Senesor signal) NO (Ground) NC (+ 3.3 Volts) I used a shrink wrap on the leads of the LED to prevent it from shorting or touching the other pins, the wires were about 12mm and 15mm. The Tubing that comes in from the top to the extruder is cut in a slight angle to provide a bit of a filament guide as well. I placed a dab of crazy glue below the connector to keep it in place but it's not 100% needed, As long as you don't mind a slight height difference the original cover works on it still. Updated 02-20-2021: There were some question or confusion on the +3.3 volt being a direct connection, it is not it's connected to the +3.3v on the connector side, and the negative side is connected to the NC on the switch side. The way the filament sensor works is the NO is ground, when the switch is triggered, NC and C form the circuit, so ground and signal are tied together. When it's not triggered NO and NC form the circuit completing the needed circuit to trigger the LED. Be sure it's 3.3V or 3.2V LED, White and Blue are the only 3 colours I know of in 3mm range that work directly, the other LEDs requires a resistor to reduce the voltage. Also included another picture of another oen I put together from a recycled switch, don't mind the iron damage on it, it works great still. :-)
