prusaprinters

It needed to move over a bit and be raised, so I designed this quick support/mount for this purpose.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>Aquila X2</p> <p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>200</p></div> <p><strong>Infill:</strong></p> <p>15</p> <p><strong>Filament:</strong></p> Generic PLA <p>Whatever works for you</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>I ran through a few iterations to get it sorta right. It could be tweaked a bit more to get it even more precisely lined up but it works for me, so I stopped. I used the original two (M3) screws that held the filament sensor in its original place to fix the sensor to the mount. For fixing the mount to the plate, I used two M3 x 8 screws.</p></div> Post-Printing ============= <p class="detail-image"><img src="https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/48/ac/27/82/3d/IMG_1287.jpeg"/></p> How I Designed This =================== <p>I used Fusion 360 to design the piece.
